Cross Grain Brewhouse in Fort Lauderdale

This was the only place in the whole airport that had USB chargers, so I bought ten dollars of fries and waited for my phone to charge. The fries were not too bad, and I wasn't rushed. Can't complain.

The place is busy. I ordered a Club House sandwich and it comes with house chips. For $1 more you can get fries or a small salad. The sandwich was okay, nothing special, but filling. The staff was wonderful. Service with a smile. It was the only sitdown restaurant that I saw, in terminal 4, before going through security.

We had a draft of beer and shared a fish and chips. Total for bill was $32.89 which in cluded an 18% gratuity. Sevice was mediocre at best with french fries served luke warm. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Horrible experience. Not recomended at all!! The food are cold!! We have to wait a lot! And the service is to bad! They have a unpolite waitress!!

The man at the desk where they charge was insisting me to leave a tip when i originally told him that I didn’t choose to leave a tip and as I was walking away he was shouting vulgar comments towards me and my good friend happened around 2:40 pm may 14th, 2019.

Well dang, I never review, but the staff here were above-and-beyond awesome so I came to share the news and I'm puzzled about the prior reviews that I are critical of the service. Demetri in particular stood out to me but I was seeing great interactions all around, and I have to say that these moments of humanity especially shine for me in contrast to the standard low-energy airport vibe. Food was on the higher end of airport fare for sure. Great burgers and a good IPA on tap from Goose Island. It's just outside of security for E/F/G gates.

Horrible customer service. You guys at located at the airport, which means you should have some sort of compassion for customers. You cannot kick out someone who is sitting after 19 hrs of flight because the person did not order anything "Yet" and say "leave and when you ready to order, come back". Who talks to people like that? For your information, I was hungry my brother and I were going to spend at least a good $100 at your store for food and drink before getting on our connection flight. Treat people well and it will take you far.Just saying

Food is ok but very expensive and the service is lacking. Not rude employees but more of a lack of training that is missing. Waited 20 min before I was served and didn't see my server till I had to request her to pay my bill. This was a extremely slow day with only a few patrons .

$5 dollars for a niagra water battle. Rude girl a the counter.

This is a really nice place to get a good breakfast and lunch! I looks very clean and the ladies are ver nice as well. I think prices are really good, taking into consideration that it is inside the airport. I just did not like the Flax Blueberry Granola parfait.

Never ever again it's a dirty kitchen, and very bad manger.👎

Rude staff, cold french fries and on the pricey side considering what you get. The bar tender was shouting at a woman who was planning to come in. She took her bags and went away. Our server only replaced the fries of one person in our party even though we all had cold food. Disappointed.

13.95 for two slices of bacon toast and two eggs . Coffee or tea included . However I asked for an extra teabag as it was a large disposable cup of hot water . Was charged an extra $2.95 for the extra tea bags .What a rip off . One place I shall not come back to . Disgraceful

Bad service, really rude!

Horrible service!! Worst place I’ve ever been to. Treated with disrespect from two different men. Yelled at for sitting at the table and was told tipping is NOT optional. This place should be shut down!

A place to eat fast food, with wifi but it is not usuful beacause there isn't no way to get the code. The service is rude, also the Veggi burguer it's just two great pieces of ordinary bread.

Customer service could go a bit faster

So I gotta say I was surprised! The fact this place is inside an airport and it was late at night I was expecting a mediocre burger but was I wrong. The second I tasted the burger I was completely wowed with just how fresh and juicy the meat tasted and the whole flavor was just amazing. It really hit the spot

Ordered water. $0.27 charge. The staff is so afraid of losing their job over such little change they broke my 20$ for it. I used to serve tables as well as America in combat, I'm not upset at the staff, but at the idea they feel they can't provide true customer service out of fear of losing their job. Either the manager there needs to be fired, or the company needs to reconsider its top executives.

Quick service, friendly servers and outlets that actually work. But the price are high and add there aren't many competitors is sure to be crowded.

Great different cafes

The man working breakfast/lunch on 4/2/19 should strongly consider a career change. I was stuck at the airport for 12 hours so this being the only restaurant to eat at, I had the pleasure of experiencing his "service" twice. Good way to kill time I suppose. The second time eating I bypassed him all together and went to his co-worker running the register. She was fast, pleasant, and efficient. I can not illustrate how slowly this man was walking around, slowly grabbing a straw off a table here or there while his co-worker was sweating running around offering refills and cleaning off his tables. I even heard him say something about, "stop taking my tables." Dude, you should THANK her for helping you do your job! It almost seemed as if he was walking around slow on purpose. That's how slowly he moved. Do yourself a favor, go buy a bag of chips.

Surprised at how expensive this place is. A beer cost me 15 dollars in a place that has absolutely nothing fancy or quality. I had arrived from Europe and never paid more than 6 dollars for beers much better than American ones.

Horrible customer service, i went there to get 3 coffees and a breakfast and the heavy set African American woman was so rude, she told us we have to get a breakfast for each of us in order to be seat there, we weren't than hungry and she ask us to leave. Worse service ever, no wonder she didn't had any customers

The service is fatal, slow and the waiter answers in a rude way as well as the cashier, horrible attention and they charge more, the dishes with past food and the bad fruit, and they also prescribe tips without deserving it.

Worst service ever, I was in line and when it was 10 pm the cashier told me she couldn’t take my order. There’s no respect for customer here.

$14.15 per local beer!!!! Are you serious??? Ok prices are about what the customer is willing to pay. I get it but an entity should regulate this kind a abuse! On top of that they kick out the customers. Very rude personnel

Worse experien ever...the table are no clean and the workers in general are rude , bad attitude no education so ever...is only 2 place to eat and that place is the worst.. they don't care we was a grup of 10 and the cashier dont want to take my order ..we all lef the installation..they need a serious training

The fat lazy lady at the front was horrible didn’t take our order for 20 minutes then when she did talk to us she told us that we had to sit down and order if we wanted to eat in. But the man missing hair at the top of his head then told us we had to go back to the back of the line no one ever told us that we had to wait especially when every chair in the restaurant was empty. Sorry for the insult at the top of this review the lady was a word greater than fat. I guess that is why it took too long to even order because it was eaten. And to the man missing hair put a hat on please I don’t want any of your hair to be in my food because it is falling out at a incredible rate. Have a good day
